"I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior and working procedure of the security guard stationed at Bluestones 2 Tower, Supertech Emerald Society. During my recent visit, despite entering the society premises through the main gate using a valid OTP-based access system, the guard at Bluestones 2 tower behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. He lacked basic manners while speaking with visitors and outsiders, which reflects poorly on the society’s management standards. Additionally, the guard insisted on manually writing visitor names and contact numbers in a handwritten register. This practice makes no logical sense when the society already follows a technology-enabled OTP entry system at the main gate. Collecting personal details again through a handwritten register raises concerns regarding data privacy, duplication, and inefficiency. It is disappointing to observe such outdated and illogical procedures in a modern residential society. Security personnel should be properly trained to understand and follow established digital systems instead of forcing unnecessary manual processes. Moreover, basic etiquette and respectful communication should be mandatory for all security staff"

"Great society with ample lush greens , well structured apartments with open on 3 sides. It’s a delight for kids and elderly - you won’t get greenery inside a society like this society."

"Edit 1: I visited finally in Feb 2023 and the rubble is still there but the society is good and well maintained otherwise. The RWA is very strong and the gentry is good. But uts a very costly society. So finally after the SUPREME COURT'S order the twin towers will be demolished. Fraud builder trying to play with human lives and money got the best judgement. 3 cheers to the people who fought the case for 7 years!!"

"Overall a great Society. 1. Low density and Low rise 2. Good open greens 3. Amenities such as Gym, Pool, Grocery store, amphitheatre, pet park, children play area 4. Ample car parking 5. Good location opp a bustling local market 6. House layouts are good 7. Security is good 8. Decent construction and maintenance 9. Loads of events by RWA 10. Walking paths"
